Perform necessary maintenance and repairs of all equipment and expedite maintenance issues as necessary to appropriate service vendors. Track and maintain inventory of A/V equipment at all times. Ensure all A/V presentation rooms/spaces are presentable for use and end user A/V needs are met. Perform remote testing for the Casino and all Tribal locations.
Provide technical support for PC and peripheral devices as needed.
Operate and monitor the TV system throughout the Casino, including all Tribal locations. Operate digital signage and audio software. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet-up, test and operate a variety of A/V equipment including, but not limited to microphones, speakers, projectors, video screens, and video monitors. The Audio Visual Technician I provides training and ongoing support to users. The Audio Visual Technician I will also create and maintain troubleshooting /End User documentation primarily for Audio Visual (A/V) equipment. Under the direction of Data Center Management, the Audio Visual Technician I provides in-depth technical End User support regarding Audio Visual issues.
